Scott was thorough, an expert, and a great guy. We even had the pleasure of having Katie stop by during our inspection! They sent us a 62 page report with TONS of photos within 24 hours of the inspection. Not only did they send this but Scott spent a long time explaining what he was putting in the report to us before he left. He asked multiple times if we had anymore questions and gave us his cell number to text/call if we had any after he left. Above and beyond. We felt very taken care of for such a big life purchase. This is well worth any cost (and it was very affordable). It is one of the biggest purchases someone will make in their life and the inspection is the sole thing you can have done that makes you know if it is a good or bad decision. Chattanooga home inspection is incredible!! Iran was phenomenal. Got into a tight crawlspace with no complaints at all! Very knowledgeable, early to the inspection, very thorough, super friendly, and scheduling was a breeze. I see the reason they have won best inspection so many years in row!
