Scott Smith was great! Very professional and performed a thorough inspection. I love that they do radon testing, septic, and water testing. It was convenient to have all the necessary and very important inspections performed in our new home. They detected radon, which could have slipped through the cracks when buying. It can cause cancer and should be a required inspection anyways, but isn’t. I will continue to recommend CHI!!!!!
